The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Leuenberger, are on site at all times to ensure that you receive the fine service you deserve.:

• Mrs. Leuenberger oversees the brasserie and dining room, attending to the comfort and needs of the guests. She is a true “people person” and always welcomes guests personally, exchanging a few words in her friendly Southern European fashion.
• Mr. Leuenberger and his staff in the kitchen use only the freshest ingredients to serve up refined, imaginative menus developed with seasonal flair and featuring local products. His fine and authentic cuisine guarantees that you will enjoy an exquisite meal.

• In the dining room, where we provide tableside service of our a la carte suggestions (from a dish and in two services), or
• In the brasserie, patio or winter garden, where we provide plate service
