The Joux Valley, at an altitude of 1000 meters, is a jewel nestled in a verdant setting surrounded by three lakes.
No matter what the season, the Joux Valley is a haven of peace opening onto the infinite vistas of our spruce-covered mountains.
It is a pristine, unspoilt natural paradise. A 40 sq.km natural reserve was recently created here.

When the white mantle of snow blankets the Valley, far from the hustle of large ski resorts, families can enjoy the hundreds of kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails, in addition to the downhill runs served by 13 ski lifts. Another snow activity, snowshoeing, is becoming more and more popular among people who love the great outdoors. And in the heart of winter, the frozen lake becomes a fantastic playground for skaters and ice yachting enthusiasts.

The Joux Valley Sports Centre
And when the sun isn’t shining, you have the choice of any number of sports and cultural activities.
